What proceeding means
  • Your declaration is evaluated against fixed conditions
  • A receipt is generated if it clears
  • The receipt is written to the ledger
  • The record becomes independently verifiable
  • All future contact is structured and receipted
What you no longer have
  • Unrecorded interaction
  • Silent non-response
  • Selective disclosure of contact
  • Informal or off-record handling
  • Removal of submitted declarations
The only three states
Not declared You do not exist in the system. You are not reachable. No record.
Declared Your declaration has been submitted and receipted. It exists as a recorded artifact. Activation depends on system evaluation.
Active You are reachable at entity.pdd. Your obligations are in force.

Proceeding submits a declaration for evaluation. If it clears, a receipt is issued and written to the ledger. That record becomes permanent and verifiable.
